What You Will Do
We are looking for skilled welders with HVAC expertise to join our team and contribute to the installation, repair, and maintenance of advanced heavy commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role involves working with cutting-edge equipment, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and supporting the critical operations of HVAC systems in various environments.

As a Welder HVAC professional, you will be responsible for performing high-precision welding tasks and collaborating with other team members to ensure the seamless functionality of HVAC systems.
What We Look For
Required:
Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in welding, HVAC installation, and repair
Proficiency in various welding techniques applicable to HVAC systems, including brazing and soldering
Mechanical Journeyman status or equivalent experience in HVAC-related applications
Valid driver’s license and knowledge of refrigerant handling (licenses preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company standards
Preferred:
Experience in HVAC system fabrication and pipefitting
Familiarity with boiler/steam systems and their operation
This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
Pay Range: Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
