What you will do
The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) CMMS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing both manual and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to ensure efficient asset management and maintenance operations across the O&M business. Acting as a strategic partner between operational teams and Customer Business Managers, the CMMS Analyst drives system adoption and maximizes data quality throughout the branch. This role provides oversight of O&M administrative processes and works to improve these processes through data-driven insights and the implementation of best practices.
How you will do it
Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem solving, and technical knowledge to challenge business assumptions and develop new methods, models, and analyses that inform Johnson Controls’ policies, pricing, and customer programs.
Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and customer-centric approach to synthesize large datasets and translate analyses into insights.
Establish scalable, efficient, user-centric, and automated processes for large scale data analyses to support business processes and decision-making.
Analyze and review current and future state pricing models when needed.
Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
Problem Solving & Decision Support: Support cross-functional teams across the company to resolve complex issues that typically require verbal, written, and visual communication with proposed recommendations presented to leadership in a simple, logical, and succinct manner.
What we look for
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, or other quantitative related fields, or have a minimum of five years relevant experience working in a related role
Experience using Excel, Siebel and/or SQL
Ability to synthesize data, research, and analyses into simple, concise, accessible, and actionable insights.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Experience interfacing and collaborating with peers, management, and other departments
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 to $107,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and
abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a
