The HV Regional Manager is responsible for oversight and management of multiple construction projects within an assigned region.Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Project Management:
Oversee a team of professionals that execute multiple high-voltage substation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget and aligned with technical specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and provide leadership to project executives project managers, site supervisors, and other construction professionals within the region.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and project updates.
Support the recruitment, mentoring and development of substation-focused talent.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with business development teams to secure new projects and contracts.
Serve as a primary point of contact for utility companies, clients, AHJ’s and key project stakeholders.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to stay within budget constraints.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant building codes and regulations (NEC, IEEE, NESC, Utility Standards).
Implement and enforce safety procedures consistent with company, OSHA and NFPA 70E to maintain a safe work environment.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, financial performance, and other relevant metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions and financial losses.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years Utility interconnection, transmission and Substation experience is recommended.
Proven experience in construction project management, budget forecasting, with a focus on leadership roles.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Ability to travel regularly to project sites and client locations.

$194,600.00 - $243,250.00
