This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

We are the Global Wiring Interconnect Development Centre and are currently looking for new members to join us on our exciting journey.
Our department is responsible for development of Innovation product like cables and hardware end-to-end, e.g., High Voltage, High Speed Data, Flat Flexible cables.
Our customers, as well as our internal stakeholders, then use our output to develop solution such as Autonomous Cars, Smart Vehicle Architecture and various levels of automated driving functionality.
Your Role:
Lead HV cables development, design and continuous product improvement
Implement and verify Customer requirements into internal HV cables testing procedures
HV cables testing coordination
Leading Advance Development Projects related to HV subjects
Active participation in ISO and other technical standardization committees
Review the product circle from the very beginning through prototyping to the serial production
Plan next steps to minimize the risk factors and prevent possible damages
Co-operate with all departments involved in development and production of automotive components
Collect, update and share experience from previous projects
Introducing quality system into daily work and work acc.to H&S rules and procedures
Coordination, maintenance and developing contacts with suppliers and customers
Right scheduling and managing of work, prioritization of tasks and reporting performance to the Manager, on-time execution of assigned tasks
Technical support for production plants
Requirements:
M.Sc. Eng. Degree – preferably Electric, Chemistry, Material Engineering or related
Understanding of HV systems – cables, connections, EMC shielding, etc.
Knowledge of HV insulation materials and testing methods
Very good command of English (spoken/written)
Ability to travel internationally
Driving license “B”
Experience in Microsoft software
Ability to work as a team member
