HV NWC Back Office Specialist

Suzhou Full time

You will join China Back office team and base in Suzhou, and it is a temporary position, and your main responsibilities are:

· Order Management: Process sales orders accurately, coordinate with logistics for shipment, and handle sample, returns, exchange orders.
· Communication: Serve as the bridge between the sales team, plant and customers; provide timely updates on order status.
· Documentation: Prepare contracts, invoices, and reports; maintain organized sales records.
· Data Support: Assist in collecting sales data and generating basic reports (weekly/monthly).
· After-Sales: Address customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Who we are looking for

· Bachelor degree or above; 3+ year of related experience preferred.
· Proficient in Office software (especially Excel); experience with SAP systems is a plus.
· Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a team player.
