Job Details:

Pay is $ 21.45 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Must have 3-month operator experience listed on the application or uploaded resume to be considered for an interview. (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at-least 3 months.)

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for receiving and checking in product. Load/Unload trailers in proper order. Collect data and data entry in a timely manner. Responsible for using proper code dates when loading/unloading trailers.
Ensure that product requested is put on trailer when available, ACCURATELY.
Properly store product in receiving cooler.
Maintain clean coolers at all times, work area.
Report any damage done to trailers coolers, freezer, forklift or product immediately.
Ensure that trailer doors are shut and unit is turned on if load is not finished at end of shift.
Ensure that all paperwork is ACCURATE/complete, entered correctly in computer system, written neatly and ACCURATE in a timely manner.

Physical parameters:

Moving up to 70 pounds of product during duration of the shift.

Capable of operating a forklift/pallet jack/computer or electronic device.

Capable of visually inspecting product by the box or pallet. Good hand/eye coordination.

Be able to work in very cold environment, slippery surfaces.
Capable of working in excess of 8 hours per shift and up to 6 or 7 days per week when required.     

Jobs are fast paced and may require repetitive motion.  

Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas. 

Must wear Personal Protective Equipment: ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard, wraps and/or aprons, water-proof boots.                  

Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
