Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR Analytics & Strategics Programs, the HR Project Manager provides critical support in planning, coordinating, and executing HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational transformation. This role focuses on managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with HR leadership, program managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with strategic objectives while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong working relationships with COE’s, HRBP’s, HR Service Center and key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, resourcing and timelines.
  • Lead and support project teams in planning and executing HR initiatives, including organizational changes, workforce optimization, and integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Includes maintaining accurate project documentation – scope, decisions, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify dependencies and potential risks to achieving HR priorities, and support HR leaders in resolution.
  • Develop, manage, and contribute to change management and stakeholder communication activities to ensure smooth adoption of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Project management in a large, complex organization.
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners across many groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Create impactful communications and presentations.
  • Distill complex data sets into meaningful insights and impactful data visualizations.
  • Motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to support the HR team and improve our effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues in many locations and manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and leading cross-functional projects in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools/software (Monday.com, Adobe Workfront)
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR business principles, processes and technology is preferred.
  • Global experience is preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
