Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Regional Learning and Development Manager in identifying training needs to establish and maintain annual training plan

  • Act as the direct liaison between Regional Learning and Development Manager, North East Asia leadership team to build strong relationship, drive alignment and execution of global learning and development initiatives and organizational programs

  • Assist in implementation of learning modules, creation of course and dashboard for reporting completion of learning modules

  • Manage learning management system and databases

  • Maintain and update training records through Workday (HRIS) learning modules

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for training and development program

  • Follow up with completion employees on submission of post course evaluation, certificates and learning transfer after the training

  • Provide administrative support including training course enrolment, logistics and schedule arrangement

  • Conduct internal program to support the cultural adaption and workforce development

  • Ensure that the onboarding administration process is thoroughly planned and effectively executed to deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires

  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development

  • Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast-pace multi-national environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and good team player

  • Well-organized, detail minded and people oriented

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
