Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular engagement with employees, both onsite and virtually, to support a positive organizational climate and alignment with company culture.

  • Interact regularly with employees to build trust and promote open, transparent communication.

  • Conduct focus group discussions with employees to gather feedback and provide summary reports with key insights and conclusions.

  • Provide professional HR support to employees by addressing concerns and ensuring familiarity with company policies and procedures.

  • Guide employees through company processes to promote a positive employee experience.

  • Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Assist in organizing events and coordinating with suppliers, including identifying potential partners for the Everise Privileges program.

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records (e.g., payroll data, employee information, leave records, turnover data) in both physical files and HR systems.

  • Ensure employment documentation and requirements are properly maintained and compliant.

  • Liaise with other departments such as payroll, benefits, and other support functions as needed.

  • Support the candidate selection and confirmation process, including assisting with the pre-selection of internal promotions.

  • Assist supervisors with performance management processes and documentation.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team’s agenda.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

  • Conduct employee orientations and onboarding activities and ensure records for new hires are updated.

  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects, including collecting and analyzing employee feedback.

  • Support offboarding processes, including coordination related to benefits and documentation for former employees.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours when required.

  • High level of reliability in task completion and attendance.

  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

  • Experience with HRMS platforms, payroll systems, or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s employee management software (e.g., Workday).

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.

  • English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (B2 or above).

  • Must be amenable to working onsite at our Zepto, Zona 13 site (Avenida Hincapié 7-23 Zona 13, Edificio Zepto).
