As HR Lead for North America, you will lead and inspire the NA HR Community at argenx, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and shared purpose. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to the argenx US General Manager, driving global and regionally specific culture, people, and organizational strategies. This role will work closely with the HRBP for the US Commercial and Medical Affairs organization.
Champion the development and engagement of the NA HR Community, which includes HRBPs, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, HRIS and Operations, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
Act as a key member on the global Commercialization HR team, co-creating and collaborating to drive business, culture, and talent impact, advancing our “One global Company – One global Plan.”
Empower, develop, and inspire a high-performing NA HR team as the Community Lead, fostering a sense of belonging and collective achievement within the NA broader Community.
Lead from Boston, MA, serving as a visible and accessible leader for the NA HR Community.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration or HR preferred
15 plus years progressive HR experience inclusive of experience leading Human Resource teams; Biotech experience preferred
Global perspective gained through international experience working for an international organization, with a preference for those who have lived and worked abroad.

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $220,000.00 - $330,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
