Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Team in Türkiye in the following areas:
· Assisting the team with all operational HR processes
· Preparing and checking employee personal files
· Controlling the Time & Attendance system in Workday
· Managing Workday data & quality checks and corrections
· Managing internship processes for the Türkiye office
· Managing health and life insurance processes
· Preparing and managing employee document requests, including visa documentation and related signature processes
We’re looking for
· A student in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field (3rd or 4th-year bachelor or master’s degree student)
· Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week for 6 months with on-site attendance
· Intermediate to Advanced level of English and Turkish
· Able to use MS Office programmers
· Strong paperwork skills and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and willingness to pursue a career in HR.
