The Opportunity
At Hitachi Energy, we’re building a more sustainable future—and people are at the heart of that mission. As the HR People Operations Leader for our Jefferson City facility, you’ll play a key role in shaping a workplace where collaboration, growth, and innovation thrive.
This is your chance to influence the full employee experience in a high‑impact manufacturing environment that powers the energy transition. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership to strengthen culture, drive operational excellence, and champion practices that elevate the workplace every day. Whether guiding leaders through talent needs, improving processes, or strengthening union partnerships, your work will have a meaningful, visible impact.
In this role, no two days look the same. You’ll blend strategy and hands‑on support—facilitating investigations, coaching leaders, driving recruitment, enabling development, and ensuring every employee experience reflects accuracy, fairness, and integrity. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, inspired by people-centered work, and motivated to grow your HR influence, this is an opportunity to lead with purpose and make a lasting difference.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
