WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Coordinator, Culture exemplifies what we value, including cultivating collaboration, honoring authenticity, prioritizing purpose and embracing empowerment. The purpose of this role supports the efficient and accurate execution of HR processes while providing exceptional service to employees and supporting the HR Culture team in delivering effective solutions.
Providing support for employee inquiries about training, development, employee experience and other HR related initiatives
Leading the creation and execution of employee events, in support of Director of Culture
Assisting in optimizing culture of Guest experience in addition to Employee experience, including reporting on surveys, data, and trends
Assisting in creation of SOP's, policies, and programming to optimize and elevate both Guest and Employee experience
Participating in programming and training that unites employees around purpose and fun and therefore results in high employee satisfaction and engagement within their department
Embracing and actively participates in a culture of teamwork between all employees that achieves the department's targets.
Assisting with Reception desk coverage for Human Resources
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or event coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Enthusiastic, enjoys helping others and demonstrates an interest in helping to make BMR a "FUN" place for internal and external guests
