What You'll Do
Be the trusted HR partner on site
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for plant leadership, supervisors, and frontline team members
Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
Navigate complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
Drive frontline talent and workforce planning
Lead recruiting and onboarding for frontline plant roles
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring for salaried and desk-based positions
Champion diverse hiring practices and inclusive workforce strategies
Lead workforce and succession planning for critical roles
Strengthen culture and engagement
Support and deliver employee engagement initiatives
Champion talent management, total rewards, inclusion, and recognition programs
Contribute to Manufacturing HR team projects that improve frontline practices and employee experience
Ensure compliance and operational excellence
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Manage time and attendance processes supporting payroll accuracy
Coordinate leave of absence processes with Benefits and third-party administrators
Manage workers' compensation claims and maintain OSHA reporting metrics
Support plant safety programs including PPE and hearing conservation
Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence
Partner with HR specialty teams to roll out enterprise-wide programs
Translate corporate initiatives into practical, site-level execution
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required, equivalent experience and education considered
2+ years of full lifecycle HR experience required
1-2 years of experience supporting a frontline manufacturing population preferred
HR Knowledge & Capability
Working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and HR operations
Comfortable balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Additional Requirements
Occasional overnight travel (~5% annually) for training or company meetings
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and factory operations
