Qualifications: Other Duties/ Responsibilities May perform duties of a contract representative (COR) as needed. Required Work Experience 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills – proficiency in using data and metrics to assess employee engagement, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for improving the employee experience.
