The Human Resources Business Partner will provide proactive, hands-on HR support across Sweden, Germany, and BeNeLux. The role covers a broad range of HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, benefits administration, absence management, payroll input validation, and HR compliance.
The role will also partner closely with managers on employee relations matters such as performance issues, disciplinary processes, grievances, probation reviews, absence concerns, and other workplace matters of moderate complexity. The HRBP will ensure cases are handled consistently, documented appropriately, and managed in line with local labor laws, company policies, and values, while escalating complex issues when needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, balancing operational excellence with HR partnership. The HRBP will collaborate with regional and global HR teams, payroll, benefits, legal, and business leaders to deliver a strong employee experience and support business goals across the region.
