About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Reporting to the
HRBP Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, you’ll play a critical role in aligning people
strategies with business objectives, driving performance, and enabling a culture of accountability and
success.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and business acumen, with
occasional travel to collaborate with regional teams and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with Leadership
Partner closely with Executives and Senior Leaders understand business goals and workforce
needs. Provide data-driven insights and people strategies that drive growth, performance, and
retention.
Guide and support leaders in performance management, development, and career pathing.
Employee Relations & Coaching
expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, coaching managers through feedback
conversations, and promoting a high-performance culture.
Compensation & Incentive Planning
Partner with HR Operations and HRBP’s to manage annual merit reviews and leveling
frameworks that align with market competitiveness
Change & Organizational Development
Support business transformation initiatives, organizational design, and change management to
enhance team effectiveness and scale growth. Help leaders build engaged, resilient, and
inclusive teams.
Compliance & Policy Guidance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure
compliance across jurisdictions. Provide HR guidance on global and regional practices where
applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning &
Development to deliver programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Ensure
consistency and excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
Certificate in Human Resources Management, CHRP an asset
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity:
within the technology or SaaS industry.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders through strong business acumen
and people insight.


Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate
ambiguity and balance strategic and tactical work.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel periodically to engage with regional Sales teams and leaders.
