Human Resources Analyst – Event & Culture

We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful human resources generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The human resources generalist will have administrative and strategic responsibilities and help with important functions such as recruiting, staffing, training, and development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and cultural internal events for the LATAM region (both in-person and virtual).
• Support cultural initiatives related to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), well-being, internal communications, and employee engagement.
• Manage calendars, budgets, vendors, and resources to deliver internal events and activities successfully.
• Create and execute internal communication campaigns related to cultural initiatives and events.
• Monitor participation, satisfaction, and impact metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Operations (People Ops) in the implementation of initiatives related to cultural development and organizational change.
• Ensure that all initiatives and events reinforce the company’s values, identity, and organizational goals.
• Provide general logistical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain close communication with leaders and teams to identify engagement opportunities and strengthen workplace culture.

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering/Systems, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or internal communications, preferably in roles focused on culture, events, engagement, or wellbeing.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating corporate and/or cultural events (LATAM experience is a plus).
• Intermediate–advanced English level (B2) for internal communication and participation in meetings.
• Basic knowledge in:
  - Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
  - Human Resources Operations (People Ops / HRIS)
  - Training & Development
  - Employee Relations 
  - People Analytics 
• Knowledge of Bolivian laws and regulations related to employment.
