Join us as an Talent Planning & Assessments Advisor, where you’ll become the go-to assessment SME, drive operational excellence in executive assessments, manage our vendor relationships, and help determine data-driven talent strategies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HRBPs, talent leads, programs managers and HR Analytics, gaining exposure across multiple domains within Talent.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment SME: Provide guidance and support related to all things assessments. Consult with HRBPs and program managers to determine assessment needs, help craft the assessment strategy and evolution of the practice over time, and provide education and awareness on assessment and development processes
  • Own the end-to-end executive assessment and development process: coordinate meetings and interviews, and communicate with participants. This includes providing white glove service to our executives going through the process to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Vendor management: Serve as the primary liaison and consultant to the assessments vendor for executive and leadership assessments/tools. Facilitate assessment purchases and partner with Finance.
  • Process redesign and optimization: Partner with vendor and leadership to redesign assessment processes for efficiency and scalability, balancing high-touch and high-tech approaches. Provide governance and standards to ensure a consistent assessment approach across the organization.
  • Coordinate and deliver scorecard updates: Partner with Talent Readiness leadership to compile, validate, and report key metrics that track progress against annual priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Enable Talent Readiness execution: Deliver operational support across key initiatives (including assessment, executive development, vendor partnerships, and infrastructure) to accelerate readiness and impact.
  • Data analysis and insights: Collect, maintain, and analyze assessment data to produce aggregated insights on key talent segments, informing targeted leadership and capability development. Translate data into actionable insights. (more emphasis here)
  • Support any unique/one-off boutique requests from leadership where assessments can be leveraged and utilized.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of broad HR/Talent Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, human resources, or related field preferred; Master’s degree highly preferred
  • Adept at project management with high attention to detail.
  • Prior experience owning an employee/candidate process end to end (i.e. recruiting, performance management, etc.)
  • Ability to apply a continuous improvement mindset to support process redesign.
  • Passion for data themes insights and storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing, administering, interpreting, and analyzing talent assessments preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Appropriate discretion and professional maturity given the confidential nature of work.
