We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team! This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business who wants real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Essential Duties:
Assist with creating and posting job ads
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
Schedule interviews and support hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems
Support career fairs, hiring events, and outreach
Provide an exceptional experience for candidates
Assist with onboarding and HR administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Available to commit to at least 30 hours a week during the internship period
Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
Standout Qualifications:
Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
Interest in learning more about HR and Talent Acquisition
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Occasionally required to sit. Must frequently squat, stoop, kneel, reach above the head, and reach forward. Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl in awkward spaces. Use of hands and fingers to grasp tools, supplies, and equipment (manual and finger dexterity). Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis. Ability to see details at a distance and at close range.
Environmental Demands: Indoors/Outdoors (extreme cold and/or heat); Frequent Task Changes, Tedious/Exacting Work, Dust, Temperature Extremes, Loud Noises. Occasionally work with toxic or caustic chemicals such a petroleum product, degreasers, and spays. Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles.
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
