The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The HRM will be responsible for providing advisory support to business leaders in all HR activities including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee engagement etc. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated and the ability to work together with teams with diverse culture & background in a fast-paced environment.

As a HR Manager, you’ll be part of our HR team located in Shanghai. You’ll get to: 

  • Partner with business management team to execute our HR strategy and drive organization effectiveness for Supply Chain Asia team
  • Effectively leverage and partner with COE & HRSSC in the delivery of initiatives to deliver the HR strategy for this function
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate interventions to optimize business performance to execute against BU/Functional goals
  • Conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipeline to staff and build workforce capability. (talent selection, assessment, development, succession planning)
  • Leverage tools and systems, Workforce Dashboard, Workday to perform analytics in support of business strategy
  • Act as an advisor and coach to the Business leadership team on people priorities and related topics and projects
  • Foster understanding of organizational needs and developing enablers that support the organization in delivering on defined priorities and building a value-driven culture
  • Facilitates and enables the success of change management initiatives by driving behavioral change and continuous improvement.

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree with majoring in human resource or related to business administration preferred.
  • 10 years+ experience in human resources management, of which 3-5 years’ experience with providing HRBP support to business leaders in a matrix organization
  • Experienced in supporting diverse business leaders from across APAC preferred, such as India, Korea, Japan, Thailand, etc.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and workforce planning, change management, compensation & benefits, and strategic & organizational capability development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with tough, confidential and sensitive matters
  • Must be fluent in both oral and written English
