What The Position Is About:
If you are looking to be a key partner to this new business, build and drive high quality HR programs and processes and focus on building a highly effective team in a new office, this is the role for you! Next to this you will be an active team member of the Global HR team in implementing the wider HR agenda. You will provide support to management and employees– talent acquisition, development, engagement programs, performance management, operational excellence and legal compliance to advance the company’s vision and business goals and achieve the short- and long-term human capital strategy. And also you will be strategic partner for the local site lead to develop business in Lithuania.

We are located across the region, in Utrecht, Berlin and London and are true business partners who strive to deliver the highest quality service to our internal customers. We work closely and professionally and look to develop and have fun while doing it.
What You Will Do:
Business Partnering
Act as a business partner and advisor to local management on all HR related matters from operational to more strategic matters.
HR operational excellence
Manage and coordinate the local HR administration requirements with our centralized HR Operations team.
Design supporting HR tools, processes, and infrastructure.
Set up and improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies and Analyze trends and metrics.
Talent acquisition and development
Drive and optimize the attraction, development and retention of managed services talent in partnership with local management and our centralized Talent Acquisitions and Learning & Development team.
Ensure that consistent processes, on-boarding and training programs are used across the business.
Employee engagement
Our company needs to be the best place to work and foster engaged and wellbeing of our employees. Be a coach for our managers and employees.
Drive positive change to support the demands of our growing organization while delivering the wider HR strategy.
Performance management
Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle, where we look for our people to excel and grow.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
You will have frequent interaction with the international HR team and business leaders.

Workforce relationship management
Support business and managers in local market workforce relationship management. Solve employment related claims, dispute or misconducts and other problems.
What You Will Need:
Education bachelor or master degree and willingness for a second or third career step in HR
A solid HR generalist experience, with adequate business partnering experience
A thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle;
Ability to make genuine connections with people and partner with HR and business stakeholders internationally
Affinity with Managed services business, proven business acumen and ability to influence business leaders
Outstanding communication, coaching and influencing skills
A ‘can-do’ mentality, positive minded and looking to contribute to great team atmosphere
Thrives by working under pressure, sets own agenda and has solid time management skills;
Strong command of Lithuanian and English language.
