Hub Planning and Forecasting Analyst

You will provide financial planning and forecasting support to our hub and in-market teams in Pakistan. You will build strong partnerships across finance, commercial, and operations teams. You will create accurate forecasts, clear reports, and actionable insights. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a focus on delivering results that help us get ahead of disease together. Responsibilities

  • This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial forecasts for the hub and markets. Ensure accuracy and timely submission.

  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and explain key drivers to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain financial models and tools to improve forecasting and scenario planning.

  • Produce clear management reports and dashboards to support decision making.

  • Collaborate with commercial, supply and operations teams to align plans and improve data quality.

  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend practical actions to improve financial performance.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting or budgeting.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience building financial models.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English. Local language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to work with stakeholders and present findings confidently.


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CFA, or similar).

  • Experience with financial planning systems or advanced reporting tools.

  • Prior experience working in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods.

  • Knowledge of cost control and variance analysis best practices.

  • Experience in cross-functional partnership across commercial and supply teams.

  • A proactive mindset and ability to drive process improvements.
