Providing support to the integrated and certified HSE System and support transfer projects in S+N Manufacturing Operations at Coyol site Costa Rica

What will you be doing?

• Providing HSE Support to the VS team assigned (job hazard analysis, incident investigation, project development, SOP compliance, metrics review, HSE mentoring, local regulation compliance, tracking the performance of leading indicators using the behavior-based safety program as a reference, tracking near misses generated at the assigned VS and guarantee they are properly managed and closed, implementing improvement opportunities)

• Leading the behavior-based safety program, improving HSE culture, and designing different strategies to engage people with the HSE principles.

• Contribute to the integrated HSE system maintenance based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Defining a training plan and facilitating HSE training for all levels.

• Ensure SOPs implementation and maintenance.

• Responsible for documentation management, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and other products related directly to the job.

• Creating the carbon-neutral process and inventory

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupation Health and Safety Engineering

• Experience: 1 year of experience

• English: intermediate
