Your role at Clorox:
Join our Colombia team as an HSE & Security Leader, responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving the Health, Safety, Environment, and Physical Security Management Systems.In this role, you will:
Implement and reinforce Clorox HSE and Physical Security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and local legal requirements.
Lead the development and execution of HSE programs related to occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene, environmental management, sustainability, and physical security.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory and governmental agencies for HSE inspections, audits, permits, and reporting.
Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives, including waste management and the Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWTL) program.
Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness programs, behavior-based safety initiatives, and continuous improvement actions.
Coordinate and support internal and external HSE audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and improvement opportunities.
Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance indicators, defining corrective actions when targets are not met.
Partner with plant leadership to manage HSE and Security projects, provide technical support to capital projects, and oversee the HSE & Security budget.

What we look for:
5+ years of experience in HSE roles, including at least 3 years in leadership, coordination, or management positions overseeing Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment systems in manufacturing industries.
Verified experience managing physical security operations.
Completion of certified training in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), including 50-hour initial certification or 20-hour refresher training, as applicable.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with a valid HSE professional license.
Strong technical knowledge of local, regional, and national HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
Solid understanding of HSE performance indicators, data analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge and practical experience with HSE management systems and standards, including: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA and ANSI standards
Proven expertise in physical security management.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage HSE management systems within complex manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Ability to manage compliance in highly regulated environments and translate regulations into practical site-level actions.
