Implement HSE policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support factories in safety culture development and integration into processes.
Manage customer and regulatory audits, documentation, and certifications.
Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures.
Develop compliance documentation and employee training programs.
Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor safety measures.
Collaborate with leadership and employees on HSE initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Report HSE performance and ensure timely communication of safety and environmental matters.
Education: University degree in Environmental Science, Food Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE management within a manufacturing environment; experience with HSE management systems and standards; strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
