HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HSE policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Support factories in safety culture development and integration into processes.

  • Manage customer and regulatory audits, documentation, and certifications.

  • Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures.

  • Develop compliance documentation and employee training programs.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor safety measures.

  • Collaborate with leadership and employees on HSE initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.

  • Report HSE performance and ensure timely communication of safety and environmental matters.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Environmental Science, Food Science, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE management within a manufacturing environment; experience with HSE management systems and standards; strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Skills & Behaviours: Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication, audit planning and execution, continuous improvement mindset.
