JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision resolving problems, coordinating and implementing activities within their area of specialization (i.e.,
Engineering, HSE, Quality, or Staffing function).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

• Applies a variety of techniques, practices and procedures within their area of specialization that allows problem solving and
analytical skills within projects.
• Compose SOP's, visual aids, WIN's.
• Make improvement activities to production systems, such as line efficiencies, improve quality indicators.
• Must ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies Haemonetics in health, safety and environmental.
• Participate in process transfer projects.
• May participate in Process Validation, Product, and Machinery etc.
• Performs analysis methods and times for processes, materials analysis performed under the coordination of the project
leader, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising
