Turn HSE data into decisions that improve safety and compliance worldwide. You will be the person who brings structure, accuracy, and insights to our global HSE reporting, so leaders and teams can act on what the data is really telling them.
Your role
In this role, you take a data-driven position within our global Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) community. You own the quality and usability of HSE data, translate it into dashboards and reporting, and help shape global processes through insights. You work closely with the Director Global HSE, the Corporate HSE Team, and stakeholders across regions.
What you will do
Build and improve HSE dashboards, KPI reporting, and recurring insights (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Analyse trends and patterns in incidents, audits, training, and contractor data, and translate findings into clear actions and recommendations.
Own data quality in VelocityEHS (and connected sources): governance, consistency checks, and continuous improvement.
Improve global reporting and process monitoring, making it easier for teams to follow standards and measure progress.
Maintain and optimise global HSE communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Engage), so updates and guidance are easy to find and use.
Support audits and global HSE routines from a data and coordination perspective (planning support, tracking, follow-up visibility).
Your team
You will be part of a global HSE network where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. You connect corporate and regional stakeholders by creating clarity through data, reporting, and structured communication.
What you bring
Experience in a data-focused role (analytics, reporting, dashboards), ideally in a complex or international environment.
Strong skills in Excel and dashboarding/reporting (Power BI or similar).
High attention to detail and a proven focus on data accuracy and quality.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across regions and cultures.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Preferred
Knowledge of HSE processes (incident management, auditing, performance measurement), or motivation to learn quickly.
Experience with VelocityEHS (or similar HSE systems).
NEBOSH Certificate, MVK, Safety & Security studies, or comparable qualification.
We know the right person is not always the one who ticks every box. If this role excites you and you meet most of the essentials, we would love to hear from you.
