Manage HRM function and Manage Talent development function

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Compensations and Benefits:

  • Processes payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Performs benefit administration including enrollment, approving invoices for payment, and communication of information to employees.
  • Manage salary administration & benefit payment process, as per issue terms & conditions for payroll including checking time attendance, OT, other eligibility & timely update employee data & status.
  • Salary and Welfare& Benefit Survey
  • Employees budgeting
  • Support internal and external payroll audit.
  • Responsible for Workday system of C&B management.
  • Actual and Forecast Payroll monthly report for Finance.
  • Prepared document and payment of personal income Tax, social security, Student loan, legal execution department and other government
  • Prepare monthly reports (Social security, personal income tax, overtime report, PND1) and within time frames and HR weekly reports, such as Recruitment/ Resignation report.
  • Government yearly reports (W/H 50, PND91, PND95, PND1K and tax certificate)

Recruitment:

  • Workforce planning
  • Recruitment, Interview and Selection
  • All hiring process.
  • Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications.
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
  • Résumé screening and candidate phone interview for various positions.
  • Deliver shortlist candidates to Hiring Manager for further selection.
  • Contact candidates and arrange interviews according to Hiring Manager’s request.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
  • Assist to analyze recruitment channel effectiveness.
  • Compilation of HR recruitment statistics.
  • Manage the probationary report, issuing probationary guidance, making sure probationary reports are prepared by managers by the appropriate date.

HR Management:

  • Performance appraisal
  • Promotion appraisal
  • Merit increment.
  • Responsible for Company policies, company work rule and regulation, and labor law compliance.
  • Issue warning letter to employees , Suspension , Terminate
  • Workday management (All process)
  • Survey/Suggestions/Exit Interview 
  • Employee’s Welfares and Benefits, Improvements
  • Employees Contract agreement both for regular and outsourcing
  • Newcomer orientation program (Rule and Regulation)
  • Make announcement for communication Internal.
  • Manage and arrange communication session between internal and third party for provident fund, medical and health insurance, and others under HR Department.
  • Provide employee services for a certification of personal and confidential information upon request, such as salary certification letters for the bank or visa application etc.

Other Duties

  • Support ISO Internal and External Audit.
  • Thailand best workplace in employee relation, welfare, and benefit award.
  • Yearly report for Labor department, social security department.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Talent Development/ Organized Development

  • Creating assessment approaches to identify talented individuals or groups
  • Designing and delivering talent interventions such as development and retention program.
  • Designing succession plans and contingency frameworks for business-critical roles.
  • Working with partner organizations/Management team to identify external talent pools.
  • Reviewing workforce planning data to feed into your talent strategy
  • Evaluating the success of talent program.

Learning Development

  • Designing training plans and organizing through variance learning channels such as e-learning & internal training, knowledge sharing, ensure Global HR systems, policies and practices are developed, implemented, and effectively communicated and guidelines within area of responsibility.
  • Manage Career Development Program, E-Learning, Onboarding, Off-boarding, etc.

Ensure that internal policies and processes are in line with labor law, international labor Standards on Migrant workers requirements and customer code of conducts compliance
