Our KION Group HR Solutions team is looking for a Workday (HRIS) System Administrator. Being part of an international KION HRIS Product Support Team, this role is in charge of the upkeep, configuration, and reliable product operation of Workday for the KION Group. The HRIS Specialist will cover a range of business product support from management of configurations to support & maintenance of the product, release management and strategic operations.
The HRIS Specialist has the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in feature areas as Workday HCM, compensation, merit and bonus, learning, talent & performance and recruiting. and/or cross-functional areas like reporting, security, and business process administration.
As a global HRIS Specialist, this role will be working 100% from home (remote).

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- User documentation
Release management:
- Bi-annual Workday feature release management
- Feature release testing, test automation tool application
- Feature release change and training
Strategic Operations:
- Handling of change requests, release enhancements
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer or information science or engineering or similar experience.
- Satisfying technical and interpersonal skills (including satisfying computer skills and flawless business communication).
