Owned and managed core HRIS system functions, including process configurations and organizational architecture (cost centers, supervisory structures, and related hierarchies), ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date system setup across the business.
Generated recurring and ad‑ hoc HR reports to support leadership decision-making, compliance audits, and workforce planning.
Maintained, updated, and troubleshot HRIS systems, improving data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and issue resolution.
Supported system releases, enhancements, and testing cycles, ensuring smooth deployment and successful integration with payroll, finance, and other business systems.
Provided technical support and delivered training to HR staff and employees, increasing system adoption and reducing support requests.
Ensured HR data compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and security standards through consistent monitoring and documentation.
Lead and supported HRIS projects, including process improvements, automation initiatives, and system integrations to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Someone with bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years+ experience in functional system ownership, Workday is preferred.
Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, HR processes (benefits, recruitment, payroll, workforce management), is preferred
Knowledge of data analysis tools and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Analytical & problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to train staff and collaborate with multiple departments.
Proactive and eye for detail.
Quick learner and can work independently.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): HRIS (Workday) certifications.
