AWE is currently recruiting for a HR Associate to support the HR Applications Management team in providing efficient and effective HR Services working to agreed SLAs.
Location: RG7 4PR, site is located between Reading and Basingstoke. Plans for this role to be moving to Green Park, Reading in January 2026.
Package: Starting from £24,230 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

We are ideally seeking an individual with proven experience in an HR administrative role, who is proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
