Responsibilities:
- Provide support activities, including research, issue resolution, and support of training initiatives within Workday.
- Conduct mass system updates, business process improvement, and employee records management.
- Conducts complex audits and performs specialized reconciliations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, on a regular basis.
- Maintain documentation of existing processes and procedures to facilitate ongoing upkeep, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards to solve issues as reported by end users related to access, design, configuration changes, and releases while ensuring security and data privacy standards.
- Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes in addition to reporting and dashboard-related testing for each release
- Supports the preparation of effective and high-quality presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations related to HR data.
- Maintain awareness of data security and comply with policies and procedures while partnering with internal customers to ensure data and security consistency across all reporting platforms
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Time & Absence and Recruiting
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple Workday products
- Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain scalable, high‑quality integration architecture
- Support system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support global data standardization through audits, data integrity monitoring, and reporting
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional designs
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors on system initiatives and integration needs
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues related to end-user activities, business process, and integration
- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure scalable, high quality integration architecture
- Support ongoing system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and process improvements initiatives to ensure a high performing and compliant HRIS environment
- Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices

Candidates must live within a commutable distance from our Pulborough, West Sussex Manufacturing Facility. The role is open to Hybrid working, which means candidates must be onsite for 3 days a week and can work remotely post probation up to 2 days per week.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant training, education, or experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR technology, or a related systems support function, including 2 years of direct Workday experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
- Ability to create test scenarios for unit and end-to-end testing.
- Strong data analysis and research skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience with these HCM modules: Recruitment, Payroll, Time Entry, Time Off, Advanced Compensation
- Familiarity with release management, and change control processes
- Integrations experience across HR function
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
