Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters:

As an HRBP Operations Manager within the Global HRBP function, you will embed operational excellence by owning and sustaining HRBP-adjacent processes once they transition from project mode into BAU. Your role is to ensure clarity of ownership, consistency of execution, and sustainability of outcomes across recurring HRBP deliverables, while acting as a single operational interface between HRBPs and enabling functions. This role exists to maximise HRBP capacity, reduce execution risk, and ensure that HR initiatives remain effective long after initial rollout.

What you'll actually do:

  • Own and manage recurring HRBP-linked processes (e.g. Remote / Work Mode, Conflict of Interest, attrition reporting & termination statuses, surveys, selected policy flows), ensuring clear ownership models, consistent application, and up-to-date documentation across divisions and locations.
  • Act as the continuity owner once initiatives transition from project mode to BAU, ensuring process handovers are completed, embedded, and maintained. You will drive post-implementation reviews, feedback loops, and follow-up actions with relevant HR and enabling teams.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between HRBPs and other functions (CoEs, HR Projects, HR Ops, Org Design, TA, Security, Admin), ensuring smooth execution, timely follow-ups, and clear accountability on shared processes.
  • Define and maintain consistent tools, templates, trackers, and reporting standards for the HRBP team. You will own HRBP knowledge base, including internal documentation, process guidelines, and the HRBP Portal / resource library, ensuring content remains accurate and usable.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and inconsistencies in HRBP operational work, standardize where appropriate, and continuously improve ways of working to reduce execution risk and free HRBP capacity for strategic impact.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • You bring proven experience in HR operations, HRBP enablement, or complex HR process management within a global, matrixed environment
  • You think in terms of products and user experience: you design HR processes the way a product is designed: clear, usable, and built for the end consumer (HRBPs, managers, teams).
  • You are highly analytical, fluent in numbers and very strong in Google Sheets, able to turn messy data into clear insights and decisions.
  • You communicate briefly and clearly, cut through noise, and focus on what is practical and actually works in real life.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning documentation, trackers, and governance without becoming administrative
  • You demonstrate sound judgment, pragmatism, and the ability to bring clarity in ambiguous environments
  • MM-Level stakeholder management.
  • Cross-functional collaborations within the People Division
