About the Role
Based in our Parisian office and reporting to the Chief Strategy & People Officer, you will look after a team dedicated to developing Vestiaire Collective on a global scale.
As a HRBP Director, your role will be to:
-Lead & manage your team to ensure the delivery of strategic HR support across the global organization
- Act as the direct HR business partner to Commercial & Marketing teams including Excom stakeholders
What you will do
Organizational Development & HR leadership
Oversee the organizational development and our global HR strategy & policies across the company
Build, continuously improve, and deploy processes related to the employee experience
Be a true partner to the organization
- Drive change management to support the organization in implementing new strategies & programs
- Partner with leadership to enhance team performance and achievement of objectives by providing HR expertise
Team Development
- Drive fairness & performance across the organization through our different performance & compensation processes
- Coach and develop senior leaders on decision-making, difficult conversations, and team management
Who you Are :
8+ years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role
Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams
Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial and marketing functions
Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management - ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership
Change management expertise - comfortable with driving transformation in fast-paced environments
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: compensation, performance management, employment law, and payroll
Direct, transparent communication style with the ability to handle difficult conversations
You genuinely enjoy developing people and helping them succeed
Full proficiency in English required; French is a bonus
