Join the team as our Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Global Sales, serving as the single-threaded HR leader for our Global Sales Organization. In this role, you will support a high-impact team of 500+ employees distributed across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ. You will partner with global and regional sales leaders, our Self Serve business, and our Local HRBPs to drive the people strategy for a book of business currently at $4B with the ambitious goal of scaling to $10B over the next 3 years.
About the Job
We are looking for an HRBP Director (P6) who turns people's strategy into business impact.
You bring deep domain expertise in Sales or Sales Tech, with a sophisticated understanding of sales motions across both small-business and enterprise scales. You are familiar with the diverse levers that drive sales performance, including the strategic alignment of incentives and performance models within a high-growth revenue organization.
You serve as a trusted advisor to our SVP of Global Sales and her leadership team, shaping workforce strategies that scale teams, strengthen performance, and enable operational excellence across a globally distributed employee population.
You thrive in the “mess” – we are undergoing a significant transformation and need a leader who can think outside the box to build scalable, future – oriented solutions while navigating ambiguity. You are an AI-savvy practitioner who is curious about new tools and knows how to bring AI use cases into the HRBP and business to synthesize market trends and build data-informed narratives. You are fluent in leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation insights– using them to anticipate talent needs, guide organizational design, and influence systematic change.
You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, translating insights into action and aligning stakeholders across regions to achieve measurable results.
