About this role

The HR Business Partner (Contractual) serves as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, supporting the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. This role provides advisory support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR program execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The position is project- or business-demand driven and focuses on enabling business continuity and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

  • Partner with line managers to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and restructuring initiatives
  • Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and conduct investigations as needed
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance and behavioral issues
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and recommend appropriate interventions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations

Talent & Performance Management

  • Support performance review cycles and calibration activities
  • Assist in talent development and succession planning discussions
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D where applicable

HR Program Execution

  • Support rollout of HR initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates, and organizational communications
  • Participate in HR projects including process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to HR activities

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
  • FMCG or Shared Services Domain experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor law compliance
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Can start ASAP
