We are looking for our HRBP, for a full-time role, at our Paris office.
As our HRBP for the Commercial & Marketing teams, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, helping them scale their organizations and nurture top-tier talent. You won’t just "do HR"; you will build the people infrastructure that allows our revenue-generating teams to thrive. You will act as a consultant, coach, and change agent, ensuring that our teams have the talent and culture necessary to succeed in a competitive market. Based at our Parisian office and reporting to the VP People, you will join a team of five HR Business Partners, all fully dedicated to developing Vestiaire Collective on a global scale.
Strategic Business Partnering: Support your population leaders and managers by providing people expertise and developing solutions that help the commercial and marketing teams to deliver their business objectives.
Organizational Development: Understand our global People strategy and cascade it to drive a high-performance culture and high organizational efficiency.
Talent Management & Growth: Drive performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and design career development pathways. Support managers in addressing underperformance through coaching and structured improvement plans.
Employee Relations & Coaching: Support managers in handling complex employee relations, resolving conflicts, and providing expert coaching on leadership development.
Employee support: As a true partner to your population, you will serve as the main point of contact for all employees within your departments for all HR topics.
Culture & Engagement: Drive a highly engaging environment that embodies our values (Activism, Transparency, Dedication, Greatness, and Collective) and improve talent retention.
Operational Excellence & Data Insights: Partner with other HRBPs and the HR Ops team to build, optimize, and deploy our people experience processes. Consolidate and interpret data from various sources to monitor population trends and provide actionable insights on compensation, retention, and engagement.
Experience: Ideally 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced tech/scale-up environment).
People Centric: You genuinely enjoy helping others and have a strong interest in people.
Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand performance drivers and support organizational structure and team optimization.
Communication: Direct communication style with the ability to influence and build trust with managers and ICs.
Problem Solver: Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying issues.
Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills (Excel/HRIS) and a working knowledge of HR payroll and legal processes.
Language: Full proficiency in English; French is a plus.
(Bonus): Previous experience working specifically with marketing and commercial teams.
