Job Description

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung unserer Standardprozesse: Einstellung, Versetzung & Elternzeit in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Shared Service Center in Warschau,
• Unterstützung des internationalen HR Teams bei allgemeinen HR Fragen der Mitarbeiter,
• Unterstützung bei HR Projekten zu den Themenbereichen: Kommunikation; Learning & Development, Benefits; Talentmanagement etc..
• Mitarbeit an anderen Projekten von internationaler Bedeutung.

Unsere Anforderungen

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang,
• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere in Excel),
• Lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise,
• Offenheit im interkulturellen Umgang mit Kollegen,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englisch-Kenntnisse.
