Your responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth journey for new hires.
Internal Tools Management: Learn to use platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.
HR Processes: Participate in initiatives related to recruitment, training, and development.
Compensation & Benefits: Contribute to projects involving reward policies, benefits analysis, and benchmarking.
Payroll & Social Security: Assist in preparing essential documentation.
Employee Support: Handle internal inquiries on labor issues and remuneration.
Reporting & KPIs: Help prepare and analyze HR performance reports.
Strategic Projects: Be part of digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Education: Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
Experience: Previous internships in HR or scholarships related to Compensation & Benefits are a plus.
Requirement: Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or school.
Core competencies: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and proactivity.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English skills.
