How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sr. HRIS Manager with Workday tenant configuration, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor Workday releases and evaluate new features for potential process improvements and system optimization.
  • Maintain and audit Workday security roles and user access to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday modules, including Compensation, Talent, and Reporting.
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving tickets, managing escalations, and identifying recurring problems for long-term resolution.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation, and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay current on Workday system requirements, updates, and best practices to support ongoing optimization.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ Years’ experience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management)
  • Knowledge of Workday data model, security, and reporting.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-look ups
  • Flexibility and being an early adopter of change are a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated analytical ability
  • Outstanding organization and accuracy skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with both union and non-union manufacturing employees
  • Functional knowledge of Workday modules
  • Functional knowledge of Workday Security and Business processes
  • Completed Workday training in related area
