Main objectives and Tasks
Performance Management. Take responsibility for the optimization and implementation of employee performance management system, including goal setting, performance appraisal, feedback, and improvement tracking.
Responsible for employee communication, employee motivation and recognition, and employee engagement improvement.
Support the work of HR team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in English/ Human Resource is preferred
Good command of English, both in written and oral
More than 3 year experience related in HR within multinational manufacturer.
Substantial experience in performance management, familiar with performance tools and methodologies, capable of independently driving the full performance cycle.
Experience in employee relationship management
Strong organization and planning skills with team work spirit.
Act as business partner.
