HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs and in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Implement CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned positions, and provide qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
• Take full responsibility for offers (incl. offer study, offer proposal, offer communication with candidates, reference check, etc.)
• Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.
• Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing.
• Regular reporting about HC and hiring status to Senior Management.
• Support Campus Recruitment project.
• Lead and facilitate the onboarding and staffing process.
• Support the talent learning & development process and programs
• Other assignments from line managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2+ years talent acquisition experience, working experience in searching/consulting firm would be preferred.
• Experience for direct searching, cold call, market intelligence, personality test.
• Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
• Strong ownership with high learning agility, open minded and cooperative, able to pro-actively following up with can-do working attitude, highly result-driven.
• Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools, Interview and assessment skills.
• Good communication & negotiation skills with candidates and vendors, influencing skills with line managers.
