Reporting directly to the HR Manager – Turkey, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of HR, with a focus on:
- Payroll preparation and execution
- Compliance with labor legislation and HR policies
- Monthly payroll and employee relations reporting
- Personnel administration and HR operations
- Supporting employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Assisting with employee engagement and communication initiatives

- Preparing monthly reports related to payroll and employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with Turkish labor law and internal HR policies

What we look for
Required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor legislation
- Experience in monthly payroll and employee relations reporting
- Willingness to take responsibility for personnel administration and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Minimum intermediate level of English
