Join the Talent Management Support Team at Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) as we redefine the future of Human Resources through data and digital innovation. The Electronic Employee Database (EEDB) is the backbone of our HRIS landscape, integrating employee data from over 50 subsidiaries worldwide. As a HR Specialist, you will be on the front lines, ensuring this crucial data is accurate, timely, and protected, directly supporting Airbus's corporate digitization and headcount reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Specialist, you will focus on critical run-mode activities and data governance across our global landscape:
System Interface Monitoring & Error Resolution:
Monitor the automated data interfaces between the subsidiaries and the Workday HRIS system.
Proactively manage and resolve data errors promptly using in-house solutions (Google Appsheet and others).
Oversee the interface between Workday and our legacy SAP HR system, ensuring seamless data flow and error correction.
HR System Support & Data Governance:
Provide essential Hire to Retire support to local HR contacts across all subsidiaries through the EEDB generic mailbox and ServiceNow.
Ensure a consistently high level of data quality in both Workday and SAP HCM HR systems through dedicated data quality reports.
Collaborate with core HR teams (e.g., Organisation Management, HR Authorisations) to troubleshoot and resolve any systemic issues.
Global Mobility Management:
Work closely with the Global Mobility team to manage and execute the mobility processes directly in Workday for employees transferring between Airbus companies.
Business Transformation Support:
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders in the frame of Business Transformations Projects (e.g. creation of a new company)
Ensure the accurate creation of employee records within both test and production HR systems, adhering to defined project deadlines and specific requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
1-2 years of professional experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Bachelor or Mastering in a relevant area is a plus
Structured, self-organised, and highly collaborative way of working
Continuous improvement mindset and a desire to apply lean methods
Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive, with an ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong problem-solving and creative skills
Ability to thrive and network in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Strong team spirit and the ability to work effectively with remote teams in a trust-based setup
A dedicated customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or Workday HCM is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Google Suite tools (G-Sheet, G-Slide, G-Meet, G-Mail).
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Google Appsheet.
Fluent in English
