Job Description:

What will you work on?
As an HR Shared Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting Spin Master’s HR Shared Services function in a fast-paced, global organization. You’ll help ensure smooth execution of core HR operations while delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.


How will you create impact?

HR Shared Services

  • Create and manage HR CoE purchase orders (POs) & SAP clearing
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to process and reconcile HR-related invoices
  • Track agency and vendor spend, maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Partner with Procurement to onboard new vendors in SAP
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Shared Services inbox, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Support the resolution of HR tickets (SMART or equivalent case management system)
  • Prepare and distribute employment verification letters and other employee documentation
  • Coordinate tuition reimbursement approvals (Concur) and manage associated DocuSign workflows
  • Support HR CoE team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Employee Life Cycle Support

  • New employee on-boarding
  • Facilitate new hire documentation review and approvals (ID verification, immigration forms, compliance checks)
  • Manage offboarding documentation and workflows via DocuSign
  • Coordinate asset and IT retrieval for voluntary and involuntary terminations
  • Support immigration processes for current employees, including work permit renewals, implied status tracking, and transition from temporary resident to permanent resident
  • Provide guidance to employees to ensure ongoing updates are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner in Workday


What are your skills and experience?

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support
  • Experience using Workday a plus.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $55,000 to $65,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
