ABOUT THE POSITION

The HR Shared Services team provides operational HR support and delivers exceptional customer service to employees and managers across North America. Our Tier 2 Shared Services Analysts serve as problem‑solvers, trusted partners, and the connective tissue across HR—helping employees navigate processes, resolving more complex inquiries, and supporting critical HR operations.

You’ll join a growing, global support model, collaborating closely with team members in the U.S. and India to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. This is a great role for someone ready to deepen their HR experience, build broad generalist capabilities, and contribute to continuous improvement across our HR ecosystem.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Serve as a Tier 2 HR resource, resolving escalated or more complex employee and manager inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and strong follow‑through.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support operational processes, knowledgebase updates, and the creation of resources that improve employee self service.
  • Analyze inquiry trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and SOPs—bringing forward insights and driving improvements.
  • Support HR operations work such as I‑9 reverifications, position‑management updates, and other repeatable workflows that require judgment and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our India Shared Services team to transition work, align on processes, and ensure a smooth global employee experience.

  • Comfortable navigating changing workflows, shifting priorities, and evolving team responsibilities.

  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys improving how work gets done.

YOU HAVE

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, customer service, operations, retail management, or a related role supporting people‑focused processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret SOPs and apply judgment when the answer isn’t obvious.
  • Experience supporting customers through email, ticketing systems, or similar service channels.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, HRIS, CRM/ITSM tools) is a plus but not required.
  • A commitment to handling sensitive employee information with care and adhering to privacy principles.
