A DAY IN THE LIFE

The HR Services Specialist is a key contributor to Blattner’s Human Resources Team. The HR Services Specialist will be the experts to complete transactional work within the HCM system of record and will ensure data integrity through auditing and reporting functions.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Manages a queue of assigned workload and ensures timely processing.
  • Administers routine work and processes related to HR transactions, including but not limited to hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, job changes and terminations.
  • Conducts frequent auditing of all hires to ensure data integrity and compliance with title, pay, union designation, per diem eligibility, and other items within the HCM and payroll system of record.
  • Maintains understanding of employee data and its link to downstream processes or functions; reviews the HCM and payroll systems for accuracy; partners with cross functional teams for updates and analyze trends, when required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Two-year Human Resources degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.
  • One to three years of experience in Human Resources, or other applicable customer service role(s). Prior experience utilizing Workday preferred.

  • Ability to commit to the temporary assignment from June 2026 – December 2026.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to complete data entry into HR systems (Workday, JDE, Tungsten, and other databases as needed).

$22.64 - $31.14 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
