The HR Service Center (HRSC) Representative II plays a key role in supporting employees during important moments by managing leave of absence and workers’ compensation cases from start to finish. This role also serves as a frontline HR resource, answering employee questions and providing guidance on benefits, leave, time off, payroll, HR systems, and policies through phone, email, and in-person support.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions related to benefits, leaves, time off, payroll, HR systems, and policies

  • Provide timely, accurate guidance while creating a positive employee experience

  • Manage leave of absence and workers’ compensation cases, including eligibility tracking, documentation, approvals, follow-up, and case closure

  • Troubleshoot employee self-service and HR system issues

  • Ensure employee data is accurate across HR systems and flag discrepancies

  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate and collaborate with HR partners

  • Act as a subject matter expert for HRSC processes and support training and process improvements

  • Stay current on HR regulations, including FMLA and state/local leave laws

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of HR experience, including benefits, leaves, payroll, HR systems, or employee relations

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex situations professionally

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong technical aptitude with HRIS and employee self-service tools

  • Knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, sick leave, etc.)

  • Commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy
