This role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated HR professional who drives strategic HR and Talent projects and programs while leading People Metrics, reporting and insights for the USIS HR Team. The HR Project Manager will serve as a critical partner to the SVP, HR, Head of Talent and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for USIS.
What you’ll do
People Metrics & Performance
Lead the quarterly reporting process for USIS People Metrics by gathering, analyzing and storytelling data in collaboration with the Corporate People Analytics team.
Create quarterly HR Insights reports, summarizing all HR achievements, project initiative progress, and talent acquisition hiring metrics.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team for various strategic and operational needs.
Support major HR cycles, including mid-year talent reviews and year-end performance evaluations, by pulling and analyzing key people metrics.
Track and report progress on company-wide programs like goal-setting and mandatory training cycles.
Analyze and summarize the usage of AI/Gemini tools within USIS into digestible reports.
Strategic HR Projects & Talent Programs Support
Support the Talent Build focus for both the [U] and Sales [U] organizations. This includes streamlining the tracking of learning hours and managing the USIS [U]niversity website.
Actively support and manage core HR programs, including the USIS Mentorship Program, TUA (Tell Us Anything) LT Sessions, Behind the Numbers sessions, and the Sales Team Empowerment Program (STEP).
Support the broader adoption of EFX Scaled Behaviors and Career Pathing to encourage employees to explore career paths and take ownership of their professional development.
Lead the bi-weekly USIS New Hire Orientation (NHO) session, including managing logistics and accurately tracking attendance.
Serve as the Onboarding Advocate for incoming hires throughout the pre-hire phase, tracking their progress through the background check and drug screening process and providing essential support to both the new hire and the hiring manager regarding status updates or questions before the official start date.
Provide scheduling and logistical support for the Sales Compensation team, including monthly Sales Compensation Committee meetings and quarterly exception meetings.
Coordinate the bi-monthly HR team meetings and manage the agenda.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
Drive initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience, focusing on myWellbeing, in partnership with the USIS Loves & Social team
Drive quarterly recognition efforts through the One Equifax Award program by executing all logistics: collecting USIS nominations, facilitating the voting process, preparing the winners announcement materials, and submitting non-winner nominations for appropriate Bravo recognition.
Coordinate and manage the monthly scheduling of Talent Spotlight sessions for USIS Leadership meetings.
Manage the HR team's shared calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination of team activities and deadlines.
Organize and execute team volunteer events (e.g., community outreach programs), handling all logistics and participation tracking.
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business or Management
5+ years in project management and/or business strategy
Proven track record of taking plans to execution within a corporate environment
Strong program management and organizational skills with experience supporting strategic projects working across multiple stakeholder groups
Hands-on knowledge of operational/service processes and practices
